Information you choose to provide

If you contact TrueCOI through the website form or by email, we receive the information included in your message, such as your name, business contact details, company and the questions you ask. Please do not send certificate documents or sensitive policy data through the marketing-site contact form.

Technical information

The hosting and domain providers may process ordinary request information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, timestamps and security logs. The marketing site does not intentionally use advertising trackers or sell personal information.

How information is used

• Respond to questions and pilot requests.
• Operate, secure and improve the website.
• Prevent abuse and investigate security incidents.
• Meet legal obligations and protect legitimate business interests.

Sharing

Information may be shared with service providers that support hosting, email, security and business operations, under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations. TrueCOI does not sell personal information.

Retention

Business correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the relationship, security, recordkeeping and legal obligations. Production certificate evidence follows the customer agreement and product retention policy rather than this marketing-site notice.
