Website terms
Clear terms for a straightforward site.
These terms apply to the public TrueCOI marketing website. Access to the TrueCOI product is governed by the applicable customer agreement.
Informational purpose
The website describes TrueCOI and its intended capabilities. It does not provide legal, insurance, brokerage, underwriting or risk-management advice, and it does not replace review by qualified professionals.
No coverage determination
A certificate of insurance is evidence about a policy, not the policy itself. Website content and product demonstrations do not bind an insurer, amend coverage or guarantee that a person, organization, property or asset is insured.
Permitted use
You may use the website for lawful business evaluation and communication with TrueCOI. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a manner that degrades service or misrepresent an affiliation with TrueCOI.
Intellectual property
The TrueCOI name, branding, website design, product descriptions and original materials are owned by TrueCOI or its licensors. No rights are granted except the limited right to view and use the public site for its intended purpose.
Third-party services
The site may rely on or link to third-party hosting, domain, email or cloud services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
Availability and changes
The website may change, become unavailable or contain errors. Product capabilities, rollout status and commercial terms should be confirmed in writing during evaluation.
